About the speaker

Ilari Koivusalo is a 54-year-old cyclist with 33 years of riding experience. After competing in downhill and enduro mountain biking in his younger years, he now focuses on mountain and road cycling, especially longer distances. He is also a FISAF-certified Personal Trainer with ten years of coaching experience and a strong curiosity for new performance tools like Moxy.

The Aonach Community Call is an open, welcoming space to learn, reflect, and exchange knowledge. Come ready to listen, take notes, and be inspired by the mindset, methods, and moments that shape the journey toward success.
