Finnish trail runner and Science-In-Sport Ambassador Juho Ylinen debuted on the international running stage in 2020. Following impressive performances in various races within Finland, he embarked on a journey to gain valuable experience in elite-level competitions. Notably, he represented his country at the 2023 World Mountain and Trail Running Championships.

Drawing upon a wealth of knowledge in sports nutrition for racing,  Aonach.xyz presents the Juho's Half Marathon Kit. This assortment of Science-In-Sport products is designed to provide essential support for the half marathon providing a caffeine 300-500 milligrams, 30-60 grams of carbohydrates per hour and sodium 50-250 milligrams per hour.
