This ICE gel is made to be frozen and contains real mango and orange and 40 grams of carbohydrates per serving in a 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio. 200 mg of sodium per serving supports fluid and carbohydrate absorption. ICE GEL 40 Mango & Orange can help reduce core body temperature when consumed ice cold. The gel is administered immediately before or during training or competition in the heat. This high-performance gel has been developed to enable carbohydrate absorption of up to 100 grams per hour when combined with other 2:1 series products.
