When To Use
Use Solo to hydrate and energise during intense, warm weather or prolonged exercise. Mix a 27.5g sachet with 500ml of water and shake well.
For endurance exercise lasting longer than 60 minutes, it's important to replace fluids, electrolytes and calories if you want to avoid the effects of dehydration and fatigue.
Start with your reserves full and drink little and often right from the start of your workout. Just like eating on the go, you’re not drinking for that moment but for the moment an hour down the road.
We love to mix one up and chill in the fridge for an hour or two before a particularly sweaty session. Once mixed, enjoy within 24 hours.
