When To Use

Mocha shines during and after exercise.

During: Fuel long workouts and efforts by taking on 45-60g carbs per hour (more for intense efforts). Mocha delivers 37g natural carbs per bar.

*After: Enjoy a bar within 30 minutes of intense or prolonged exercise to restore healthy muscle function and support the growth and maintenance of muscle with the 4:1 combo of carbohydrate and protein within each Mocha  bar.*

Ingredients & Nutritionals

Hazelnuts (29%) (roasted hazelnut butter, nibbed hazelnuts), dates, cane sugar, brown rice syrup, pea protein isolate, fat reduced cocoa powder (3.5%), brown rice protein, de-caffeinated coffee, tapioca flour, wafer paper (potato starch), ground black pepper, vanilla extract, vanilla seeds. We use whole fruits and whole nuts in our products, whilst every effort is made to remove all fruit stones & nut shells, there may be the occasional fragment. They last 12 months when stored in a cool dry place.
