HOW TO USE
For long training sessions: mix 1 scoop (27g) in 500ml of water and consume every hour.
For racing: mix 1.5-2 scoops in 500ml of water and consume every hour.
For carb loading before a race or a key workout: mix 3-4 scoops in 1.5L of water and slowly sip on it during the day aiming for a sip every 10-15min during the day.
