Caffeine 200 mg + Guarana extract 900 mg - In 01 Before, we use caffeine from green coffee beans and Guarana extract. The 200 mg equals 2-3 grams per KG/BW
Vitamin D3 - 19 ug - Vitamin D plays a vital role in supporting bone structure and is important for the bodily absorption of both calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin D supports the natural immune system and plays an important role in maintaining strong muscles.
Additional Phenylalanine 1 g - Phenylalanine is one of the 9 essential amino acids (protein building blocks) and is not produced by the body itself. Also, Phenylalanine is commonly found in dairy products, legumes and avocados.
Phenylalanine is necessary for the production of the neurotransmitters dopamine, adrenaline and noradrenaline in the brain.
L-Citruline dl-Malate (2:1) 2.15 g - L-Citrulline dl-Malate is an amino acid that is gradually converted in the body into L-arginine, the amino acid from which enzymes release nitric oxide (NO).
BCAA (2:1:1) 5 g - BCAA consist of three essential amino acids: Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. These occur in certain proteins, which in turn are important for building & protecting muscle mass.
Sodium (Sodium Chloride) 240 mg - Sodium is the main electrolyte lost in sweat and the only electrolyte to impact performance during exercise. Other electrolytes (potassium, calcium, magnesium) are also lost in sweat, but in minimal quantities, and don't need to be replenished during activity.
How to use
Add 300 - 620 mL of water, depending on the desired taste.
Mix with a shaker or water bottle.
Use 30-45 minutes before your training or race.
